Braden Rhone, 2018 ESD Midfielder
Whoa, this kid has serious game.  Strong, dynamic, two-handed, ball carrier who changes directions and can separate in space.  Rhone is a righty, lefty shooter with a variety of release points that can really snap it off with his hands from distance.  A crafty goal scorer, Rhone gets to the middle consistently as he’s tough to get your hands on and drive out.  Defensively, he is not the match-up as he can turn over would-be dodgers with strength and footwork.  Rhone will have a breakout sophomore season for the ESD Eagles this year.

Mason Marano, 2018 Greenhill FO Att. Mid.
A coach's son, who is well versed in a variety of skill sets, Marano could find his way to a collegiate roster at several positions.  One of his better skills is the ability to face off, but he definitely is not strictly a FOGO.  When facing off, he can go forward with regularity, and, once he’s got the break going, he has the skill set to make plays.  Righty, lefty, quality fakes allow him to be a threat to score and distribute when getting leverage in transition.  As a dodger, he is a thick ball carrier who uses his size to his advantage and can finish around the goal with relative ease.  Marano played tons of minutes as a freshman and will be a dominant contributor as a sophomore for the Hornets.

Harris Hubbard, 2019 Highland Park LSM
Hubbard is a tenacious defender with polished footwork and solid body positioning.   Hubbard is a nuisance with a motor.  Harris can move his feet and stay on hands and has a knack for getting the ball to the ground.  Whether it’s a well-timed slap or his stick in the passing lane, Hubbard causes turnovers.  Once the ball is in play, he can goose to space or use his speed to get the ball up to the offensive unit.  Hubbard has a great stick with above average ball handling skills when he carries which helps in traffic or with pressure.  You want playmakers in between the lines and on the ground, and Hubbard fills that role every game.  He’s a grinder who is never tired and never hurt, really a gritty, hardworking, and skilled LSM.

Braedan Sully, 2019 Frisco Lefty Attackman
Sully is a talented, lefty attackman who uses his lateral explosiveness to carry through checks on his way to the middle.  With great speed in space, he stretches defensive units to gain leverage where he can also change directions to put talented defenders back on their heals.  When carrying, Sully’s head is up turning leverage into goal-scoring opportunities around the cage distributing with either spot feeds or touch passes.  While he is a threat to score and distribute, his ability to ride cannot be overlooked.  Covering ground with ease, Sully usually finds himself in the passing lane picking off passes and pushing numbers the opposite way.  Braedan is able to be disruptive in a variety of phases in the game so his ability to impact the game is diversified.
