StickStar Fall DTX PRAX Schedule

For StickStar, it's all about training!

StickStar Fall Practice Schedule

For the first time in a while, StickStar will conduct weekly Dallas Practices from 9:00 AM – 10:45 AM at Greenhill throughout the months of September and October.  One practice day a week, early on Saturday mornings, will be great as finding consistent times that work for everyone is challenging.  Work on your game before College Football - tough to beat.  This consistent time will allow those from out of town to drive in should they choose to, as well.

This will serve as a great training period prior to competing in November, December, and January.  Of course, we will layer in some scrimmage time.  We will also use this as a great way to introduce players to our program as they can simply come in, start training, and get integrated.  Only one OFF weekend can be found in the complete schedule below - October 14th.

If you are interested in training with StickStar, please, complete our prospective player form here!  Your first practice is free!

Practice Schedule
September 2nd – Will also serve as a Tryout, Make-Up Day.
September 9th - Will also serve as a Tryout Make-Up Day.

September 23rd
September 30th
October 7th
October 21st

BECAUSE WE ARE TRAINING, EVERY PLAYER WILL NEED A WEIGHTED STICK AND A JUMP ROPE
EVERYONE WILL NEED TO BRING A BACK-UP STICK TO THE FIRST PRACTICE SO THAT WE MAY MAKE THE WEIGHTED STICKS AFTER PRACTICE.
PLAYERS WILL HAVE A JUMP ROPE ROUTINE THEY WILL NEED TO DO BEFORE PRACTICE.
WE WILL TO IMPROVE THIS FALL!  LET'S GO!
