STICKSTAR VIRTUAL INSTRUCTION SERIES: StickStar Instruction is excited to begin providing followers of our site with a variety of new video teaching tools to help them with their development. Our videos will cover a variety of topics including:
1.) Common problems youth players face and common deficiencies that youth players tend to have.
2.) Critical segments of the StickStar Instructional Method
3.) StickStar players demonstrating their proficiency in a wide variety of skills
4.) A segment where we address questions submitted to StickStar.
5.) Critical Drills for youth coaches to immediately implement.

StickStar Instruction believes that it is in fact the longest, most consistent, efficient, and comprehensive method of lacrosse instruction offered in Dallas. StickStar has been using its school of teaching now for over 8 years. There are definitely other options regarding instruction in the Dallas area, there are however very few groups to claim that they have their own specific method. This method has proven to be very successful as State Champions, All Americans, Collegiate Division 1 players and beginners have all reaped its rewards. A method realizes the necessity for certain proficiencies in areas before you can move to the next. A method also has certain drills that are inherent to its particular system. StickStar Lacrosse Instruction supplies the Dallas area with a system to address any players deficiency.
