Accountability / Execution

StickStar holds accountability as one of its highest virtues, this necessity for accountability transcends all phases of our company.  The lacrosse apparel industry is notoriously known for lacking in this crucial area.  Orders coming back incorrect, late, and the customers ultimately being left with a sour experience is something we have experienced first hand.  Before the apparel label was launched StickStar was also at the mercy of this lack of accountability.  We have identified the issues that most commonly lead to errors in orders and unsatisfied customers, and they are the details that we premise our team sales and apparel manufacturing on.  People want orders done the right way the first time.  That is our ultimate goal. 

This goal is however a partnership between the customer and StickStar.  Each party must be accountable for their part of the order.  StickStar's part in order placement is making sure all of the necessary information, artwork, and final product are all executed in a timely manner.  The customers job is to have reasonable expectations, the necessary information, and the financing to place the order.  We are not miracle workers and cannot turn completely custom uniforms in 4 weeks.  That would be an unreasonable expectation.  We look to educate our customer and align their expectations with reality.  When we do this we end up with a tremendous experience for both parties.  We also end up with completely unique apparel that exudes class and confidence to those who are rocking our gear.  If you look good it undoubtedly helps you play good.
