Coaching Path

Over the past decade, Coach Sheridan has had the unique opportunity to coach college lacrosse at all three levels of NCAA play. His coaching career began in 2008 when he became the offensive coordinator for NCAA Division III Pfeiffer University in North Carolina helping the team to an 8-4 overall record. More recently, Coach Sheridan spent time on staff at both Princeton University and The University of Denver. During his 4 years at Denver, Coach Sheridan was instrumental in the Pioneers success. After originally joining the DU staff in 2011 as a volunteer assistant to work with the face-off group Coach Sheridan was brought on as a full-time assistant the following season. By the end of his time at Denver, Coach Sheridan served as both the defensive & recruiting coordinator for the Pios helping the program reach back to back NCAA Semifinal appearances.

Playing Resume

Coach Sheridan played his collegiate lacrosse at Claremont McKenna College where we was a 3X All-American, 3X Team Captain, and was voted Offensive POTY for his conference (WCLL). Scoring over 300 points in his career, Coach Sheridan helped the Claremont program go from being unranked to becoming the No. 1 ranked team nationally. In addition to both lacrosse and academics, Coach Sheridan was also a four-year member of the Claremont football program.

After college, Coach Sheridan went on to play professional lacrosse as a member of the Denver Outlaws from 2012-2014.
